Meet local children's author Dionne Carpenter and listen to her debut book "To the Moon with Casey June."
We are thrilled to welcome Dionne Carpenter to our library for the launch of her latest children's book, "To the Moon with Casey June." During this event, you will have the opportunity to purchase Dionne's book and have it personally signed by the author. Dionne will also treat us to a special reading of the story. Dionne crafted this tale with the intention of making a positive impact on children's lives. Inspired by her twins, Danika and Dalilah, who have Down syndrome, she poured her heart into this narrative. Join us on the DPN lawn for this delightful gathering.
